Chef Silver Succi works in some of the most glamorous restaurant in the mountain location such as Madonna di Campiglio and Cortina d’Ampezzo but homesickness takes him back to his origin land and to the Romagna’s culture of flavours.
The passion to rework, in a personal and artistic way, dishes of the local tradition, brings him to research a balance of flavours and ingredients in the spirit of seasonality and freshness of the products.
